HUACHAO SCREW TOOLS CO.,LTD. located in the Industrial Area of Renqiu Hebei China,where a medium-sized city in north China, 150 KM north to Beijing Capital Int'l Airport,100 KM east to Tianjin seaport,crossed by Jingjiu Railway, National highway 106,Bao-Cang Express and Da-Guang Express.
Some domestic business offfices or subsidiaries set up in major fasteners manufacturing centers of China such as Shanghai, Ningbo, Wuxi, Wenzhou and Dongguan for better service and timely delivery. In addition to home supplies we also exported punches to Poland, Egypt and India, carbide heading dies to Italy and Malaysia, thread rollong dies to Egypt. We have distributors in India and Egypt.

HUACHAO specializes in R & D and production of Screw Forming Tools as header punch(second punch),thread rolling flat dies,carbide heading dies mainly three categories
For second punches comprising of variety of recess in slotted,phillips, slotted/phillips combination, pozi, hex socket, six-lobe(torx), square and customized types, head types comprise of more than 10 categories as pan head,flat head,CSK head,oval head and so on, which in production meet with standards of JIS/ DIN/ ISO/ IFI/ ANSI/ BS/ GB. To improve accuracy in sizes and make performance of punches perfectly in working we take tested prime HSS(SKH-9/M2)as materials and PVD Coating(TiN Coating) with advanced technology and equipment. We cover punch assortments of 15 thousand with productuion capacity 200 thousand pieces per month.
For thread rolling flat dies can be applied to self-tapping screw,chipboard screw,drywall screw,wood screw,machine screw,taptite screw,Hi-Low thread screw and so on which take DC53 and HSS as materials being processed with CNC milling machine, CNC grinding machine and other advanced machines to abtain quality dies.
For carbide heading dies comprising of ST,SC,CR,DW, multi-station,even all types by drawings.We also provide first punch,quill, and second punch holder,triangle, square,cut-off knivies and K.O pins.
For machines and facilities we have Oil press and grinders from Taiwan, grinding wheel trimmer,centreless grinders, CNC copy manufacturing milling machines, hydraulic copy horizontal milling machines,universal tool grinding machines,fully automated planers, semi-autometic hydraulic and oil press,turret millers. We also have some inspection devices as precesion horizontal projector,go-no-go gauge,hardness tester. We have 2 sets of vaccum heat treatment furnaces with state-of-the-art technology in domestic
