海盐大宇标准件有限公司创建于1995年，现有员工600名。公司为中国紧固件工业协会成员、紧固件进出口企业协会成员，专业制造、销售各类紧固件，拥有自营出口权。目前产品以外贸为主，百分之九十销往美国、欧洲、澳大利亚和中东等国家及地区。
公司月生产能力为4000吨，主要生产各类德标（DIN）、英标（BS）、美标（ANSI）、日标（JIS）的螺栓、螺母、牙条、地脚栓及配套垫圈。公司特色产品冷打特长的螺栓、名优产品马车螺栓、护栏螺栓深受客户青睐。主要产品直径从4mm-36mm，长度从6mm-500mm; 英寸直径从6#-11/2”，长度从1/2”-18”。螺栓产品等级分：4.8级，6.8级，8.8级和10.9级，螺母产品等级分5级，6级，8级，10级。表面处理有本色、发黑、镀锌、热镀锌，达可罗锌。

英文展开 Haiyan Dayu Fasteners Co., Ltd. In Haiyan was established in 1995 with 600 employees and is a member of Fasteners industrial Association and Fasteners Import ＆Export Enterprise Association. We are specialized in the production and distribution of various fasteners with self-service export rights. At present we mainly deal with foreign trade and 90% of our products are sold to various countries and regions including the USA, Europe, Australia and the Middle East.
We mainly produce various types of bolts, hex nuts, thread rods, anchor bolts, and supporting washers in DIN, BS, ANSI and JIS with 4,000 tons of monthly productivity. Our unique products include cold-forged extra-long bolts, together with our well-known products, carriage bolts and fence bolts, is enjoying great popularity with our customers. Our main products range from diameter 4mm to 36mm,length from 6mm to 500mm; the inch diameter ranges from 6# to 11/2” and length from 1/2” to 18”. The bolts are classified into Grade 4.8, Grade 6.8, Grade 8.8 and Grade 10.9 and hex nuts are classified into Grade5, Grade8 and Grade 10, with original color, blacken, plated zinc, hot dipped galvanized zinc and Dacromet zinc as surface treatment.
The Company has advanced production equipments, complete inspection systems for chemical and physical property testing and powerful technique force. We have been constantly strengthening our interior management and perfecting the quality system. In 2002, we’ve acquired ISO9001:2000 quality certification. Currently, the 5S management mode is implemented in the Company.
