产品介绍
一.防锈宝（烤漆）系列
普通型防腐处理工艺。由二层防腐层组成，第一层为化学膜层，渗透入铁分子内；第二层为表面树脂烧结层，具有较好的防腐性能，是电镀锌防腐能力的2-3倍。
适用范围：金属小五金、一般用途紧固件、机械零配件、金属链条、各类螺丝，螺帽，金属钉。
优点：加工费用低；有多种颜色选择；中性雾试验时间80-120h。

二.热锈宝系列
高级别的防腐处理工艺。由三层防腐层组成，第一层为金属镀锌层；第二层为特种树脂防腐层，第三层为表面烧结层，具有良好的防腐性能。 三.仟锈宝系列
是比热锈宝更高级别的特殊防腐蚀处理工艺。由二层防腐层组成，第一层为锌镍镀层；第二层为特殊膜型薄COSMA涂层。具有优异的防腐蚀性能。

四．环保达克罗
是一种特殊的表面处理新工艺，即在被涂物件上形成锌铬膜的一种全新的防锈技术，具有极高的防腐蚀性。盐雾试验时间可达1000h以上。 适用范围：特殊用途的紧固件，汽车零配件 优点：超强的耐蚀性能，中性盐雾试验时间1000小时以上。高耐热性；无氢脆性；良好的可再涂覆性；无环境污染。
五. 树脂•达克罗
是以达克罗作为底涂，在其表面进行再涂覆。此类涂层不仅继承了达克罗原有的优点，同时也解决了目前达克罗涂层易导电，硬度、耐磨性不高和颜色单一的缺陷。中性盐雾时间可达240-1000h。
适用范围：表面有功能性，色泽性要求的汽车配件，自行车配件，电器配件，紧固件等

六．头部考漆

The introduction of the products:
1) Common anti-corrosive treatment series (stoving varnish)
It’s a common technique of anti-corrosive treatment composing of two layers. And the first layer is the chemical coating which penetrating into the iron molecule; the second one is the sintered surface layer with corrosion resistance, which is 2-3 times better than the electro-galvanized corrosion resistance.
Application scope: metal hardware, fasteners, mechanical parts, metal chains, all kinds of screws, nuts, metal nails, etc.
Advantages: competitive prices; different colors, products which can last 180-220 hours in a salt spray test.

2) Medium anti-corrosive treatment series
It’s a senior technique of anti-corrosive treatment with excellent corrosion resistance, It’s made of 3 layers: the first one is the metal galvanized layer; the second one is special resin coating layer and the third one is the surface sintering layer with good corrosion resistance.
Application scope: fasteners, hardware, metal nails, accessories used in construction, decoration, auto and household electric appliance, which are required stronger corrosion resistance
Advantages: good corrosion resistance and the neutral salt spray testing time is RU1-500h, RU2-720h；different colors: the common colors include silver grey, blue and dark; good comprehensive anti-corrosive performance

3) Top anti-corrosive treatment series
It’s a special anti-corrosive treatment with a higher rate than the a higher rate than Medium anti-corrosive treatment, composing of two anti-corrosive layers. The first one is the zinc nickel coating and the second one is the special coating thin COSMA. It has excellent corrosion resistance.
Application scope: auto parts and the electronic parts
Advantages: the excellent corrosion resistance, the neutral salt spray testing time is above RU1-1000h, RU2-720h；ultra-thin, thin coating; environmental style, without chrome, acid and other hazardous substances.

4) Environmental Dacromet
It’s a special surface treatment of new technology, namely, forming zinc-chromium coating on the subjects with a new anti-rust technology. It has high corrosion resistance. And the Salt spray test time can reach more than 1000h.
Application scope: fasteners for special use, auto parts
Advantages: Superior corrosion resistance; neutral salt spray testing time is over 1000 hours; high heat resistance; no hydrogen embrittlement; good recoated ability; no environmental pollution.
5) Head stoving varnish
