同时我司也为台湾洸承科技有限公司大陆地区总代理，主营螺丝成型自动检测器，包括以下三种：1. 螺丝自动检测、螺丝成型过程，如有故障立即把机器停止不让机器继续生产。例如：料不进，冲头掉了，一冲顶针断了，主模顶针断了，料终等等功能。2. 搓牙机自动检测部分，此机器是靠精密度的压力来检测的，如有坏钉就可以马上把它停止生产。如螺丝大小，长短，搓不到顶，搓太低，搓到头部下面等等。3. 空心铆钉机自动检测器，是靠精密度的压力来检测，短料顶针，主模顶针断掉马上把机器停止，不让机器继续生产坏钉。以上几种检测器都能为紧固件行业节省人力，提高生产力，减少原材料的浪费，提高竞争力的目标。本机操作容易，功能多，低价位，高精密度，冲具检测精确，双数量表自动记忆累计，指示面板易读，操作简便，安装维护容易，适合各型冷打机械。其采用自行研发之“压力感应器”，能突破传统监控器所无法监测之死点，绝不当机，无一般CPU当机之虑，产品质量有保证。

It is a professional manufacturing company of rubber washer, EPDM washer and PVC washer. The high quality EDPM washer is manufactured with the advanced equipment and technics from Taiwan. In the first phase, the investment sum reached 1 million US dollars.
We are also the agency of Taiwan Guangcheng Technology Co., Ltd. in the mainland, selling the screw molding automatic testing machines. There are three types of the machine: 1. screw automatic testing and screw forming process, it will stop in case of fault. Like the falling of punch, the break of top needle of master mold, etc.. 2. the automatic part of thread rolling machine. Since it is tested by the precision pressure, It will stop manufacturing in case of bad screw. Like the length of screw is not long enough to rub the top, etc.. 3. the automatic testing machine of blind rivet. It also finishes the testing process by the precision pressure. Once the top needle of master mould breaks, it will stop producing.
