上海冠标紧固件有限公司属国内合资企业，其前身是上海上标（集团）有限公司产品服务中心。于2003年1月经改制正式成立，是一家专业从事各种标准件、非标紧固件的生产制造。其产品主要为汽车、及家电、电子等行业提供配套各类紧固件。
公司坚持质量第一，走质量效益型道路，以成熟的工艺装备、精湛的制作技艺、可靠的检测手段，严格贯彻QSTC的综合质量管理方针（Q指产品实物质量、S指服务，包括售前售后服务、T指按时交付、C指性能价格比），以及完善的管理机制和灵活的营销方式，产品质量水平呈逐年上升态势，数年来产品质量深受国内外顾客的好评。
2002年以来，在企业内部就强化质量管理、理顺信息网络，2003年开始，推行TS16949质量管理标准，进一步完善质量体系、注重过程控制、提高员工素质、加快技术设备改选等方面展开了一系列活动，从而使公司质量管理纳入与国际标准接轨奠定了基础，为产品质量更好地满足广大顾客的实际要求和潜在需求提供了保障。
于2008年5月正式通过TS16949质量管理体系人证并正式施行！
Established in January 2003 after system reform, Shanghai Guanbiao Fasteners Co., Ltd. is a joint venture, whose predecessor is the product service center of Shanghai Shangbiao Group Fastener Co., Ltd., specializing in manufacturing all kinds of standard and non-standard fasteners. We mainly provide different kinds of fasteners for such industries as automobile, household electric appliance and electron industries.
The company persists in quality first, taking quality-benefit road. With mature technics and equipment, sophisticated workmanship, reliable inspection measures, strict guideline for QSTC comprehensive quality management (Q for product actual quality; S for service, including pre and after sales services; T for delivery on time; C for price-performance ratio), perfect management mechanism and flexible marketing modes, the level of product quality shows an upward trend year by year. Our products are well received by clients from home and abroad.
Since 2002, we have been strengthening the company’s quality management and information network. In order to better satisfy the actual requirements and potential needs of clients, since 2003, a series of activities have been held by the company, like carrying out TS19949 quality management standard, further perfecting quality system, attaching importance to process control, enhancing staff quality and speeding up the development of technique and equipment, which lay the foundation for gearing the company’s quality management to the international standard.
Our company obtained TS16949 Quality Management System certification and put it into effect officially in May 2008. |
