英文展开 NINGBO FASTENER FACTORY was established in 1984, it is very specialized in the production and sale of hex cap screw, covering an area of 16,000 square meters with the production capacity of 18,000 metric tons annually. It has owned 48 sets of full automatic multistage cold former, 10 sets of double blow solid die cold header, and many of further processing equipments such as head cutter, thread rolling machine and so on. In order to ensure the quality to be effectively controlled in the full process of production, it has been equipped the full line testing machines of tensile strength tester, metallurgical microscopy, Rockwell hardness, Vickers hardness.
The main standards of product are ANSI, DIN, BS and ISO. Diameter of the inch products is 1/4"-1" with tensile strength Gr2-Gr8, and M6-M30 for the metric products covering the tensile strength Gr4.8-Gr10.9. Surface treatment are including black, zinc plated, hot dip galvanized, phosphated Ect. The products are mainly for machinery manufacturing, projects maintaining, construction, bridge, and Auto industry.
