河北超跃标准件模具有限公司，是张铁锤先生与香港、台湾业内精英共同投资创办的合资企业。公司致力于生产全球最高品质的标准件模具。
公司总投资额为1.39亿元人民币，初期投资6000万元。公司占地面积12800平米，厂房建设面积7200平米。

我公司斥资约2000万元，引进美国最先进的镀钛设备，由台湾著名镀钛专家邱家胜老先生亲临指挥，力求生产国内外最优质的镀钛成型精冲模。硬质合金模具采用国内及台湾最好的机械设备，配备从事模具行业十几年经验的技术人员，以保证模具的优良品质。另外，公司拥有的数控车床、真空淬火炉、进口曲线磨等数控设备，和三次元检测仪等，均为模具质量提供了有力的保障。
公司采用的是日本模具制造业的先进工艺，还配有多名高级工程师、热处理和专业模具研发人员。在拥有强大技术队伍支持的同时，采用ERP系统控制生产流程，实行现代化企业管理。2009年10月，公司镀钛精冲模生产线、硬质合金模生产线正式投入批量生产，并于2010年1月顺利通过ISO9001:2008质量管理体系认证。
镀钛成型精冲模系列：公司可生产中国标准、日标、美标、德标、英标、ISO（国际标准）等各种标准成型精冲产品，同时可按客户要求自主开发非标异型产品。
硬质合金模具系列：公司可生产直孔模、沉头模、R模、缩尾、缩径、缩杆模、六角组合模、太阳齿模等各种带头型的硬质合金模具。
搓丝板系列： 公司可以为客户提供标准的自攻钉、纤维板钉，干壁钉、木螺钉搓丝板。

Hebei Chaoyue Fastener Tools Co., Ltd., jointly founded by Mr. Zhang Tiechui and elites from Hong Kong and Taiwan, commits itself to manufacturing fastener tools of the highest quality in the world.
With total investment of 139 million yuan and initial investment of 60 million yuan, the company covers an area of 12,800 square meters, including workshops of 7,200 square meters.
Led by President Zhang Tiechui, a veteran with over 20 years of experience in tool making, the staff adheres to the management idea of “integrity focused, talent oriented, quality foremost, mutual benefits and customer first” so as to offer the best fastener tools to customers.
To ensure the best titanium header punches, the company has spent 20 million yuan in introducing the state-of-the-art PVD coating machines from the US. Technicians in charge of these machines are under the instruction of Mr. Qiu Jiasheng, who has many years of expertise in industrial coating sector. The production line of the carbide alloy molds is equipped with the top equipment from China mainland and Taiwan, as well as technicians with over ten years of experience in tool making industry. Furthermore, the company also has CNC lathes, vacuum quenching furnaces, 3-D inspection instrument and other CNC machines to strongly support the quality finished products.
The company adopts advanced tool making techniques from Japan and has many senior engineers, professional heat treatment experts and know-how designers. Meanwhile, it also realizes modern enterprise management by utilizing ERP system to control the production process. In October 2009, the production lines of titanium header punches and carbide alloy molds put into production. In January 2010, it successfully passed the ISO9001:2008 certification.
Titanium header punch series: GB, JIS, ANSI, DIN, BS, ISO and many other standards of punches. In addition, non-standard products can also be supplied according to customers’ requirements.
Carbide alloy mold series: Straight hole insert molds, extrusion insert molds, multiple-position molds, miscellaneous molds for screw making.
Thread rolling die series: Standard thread rolling dies mainly used for making tapping screws, chipboard screws, drywall screw and wood screws.
