佛山市南海珠辉金属制品有限公司是由1988年建立的佛山南海西樵红棉标准件线材厂以来发展成为珠辉金属制品有限公司，经过多年的努力、创新及开拓，企业已拥有相当雄厚的生产规模及经营管理模式。我公司是一间生产大中小型的螺母、套管等各种各样的国标或非标产品，同时也是多款铁线材生产集于一身的流水式生产的私营独资企业。
我公司拥有一台从日本(Japan)大阪进口的现代化大型冷镦螺母机械设备SAKAMURA NF-580（重达125吨），及从台湾原装进口的先进中小型冷敦螺母机设备：19B、24B、 36B（重达63吨）机械，是一间专业生产多种螺母、套管的企业。
现时我公司拥有自己公司全方位、全工序的生产管理模式，先进的硬件设备以及人才软件设备。我公司自身配有设备完善的模房，模具配套模具齐全，自我设计模具能力强，生产方便快捷，效率高。
我公司经过多年的生产经营，建立了原材料从钢厂直接订货到改制、经模具制造到产品热处理的生产模式，同时是具有改制各种异型线材力量的专业公司。我公司拥有完善的线材退火和磷化设施，运用各种线材生产出不同规格的标准线材及扁线半圆线方线六角线水拉式光滑线两孔线三孔线及异型线材等，中国钢厂所拥有的最大的￠38盘卷已是日常使用。生产力规模进一步扩大和提高产量及质量，形成自动化及专业化的生产系统，在管理中到入专业人才及软硬件使其同步提升，籍以达到客户满意。现虽增入大型的螺母设备，仍需各大客户的支持及研发新产品。
我公司经过15年的技术研究，运用SAKAMURA NF-580大型螺母机械的生产功能，已成功探讨并投产出最先进一代的高速防松铁路螺母，并且通过北京铁路公司的认证。我公司的580机台还生产大型家具的非机动螺母，汽车零件、强度可达到8-10级的螺母，喇叭磁芯连体螺母，其最大可以生产出70mm*65mm的产品。580机台日产量可达到10吨以上，生产效率高,质量达标。
我公司的58B螺母机械所生产的产品:
1、底盘专用规格:大罗头￠48*35 ,￠48*32,￠ 55*37 ,￠55*34,￠58*36等多种规格及相应配套的内六角产品。

Our company is a manufacturer of all kinds of large, medium and small sized nuts, bushing and non-standard parts as well. In addition, it's also a private company of production flow of all kinds of wire.
We own a set of large equipment for cold-heading nuts from Japan "SAKAMURA NF-580", which weighs 125 tons and a set of medium and small sized equipment for cold-heading nuts from Taiwan "19B,、24B、 36B", which weight 63 tons. We specialize in all kinds of nuts and bushing.
At present, we own all-direction and complete cycle production management mode, advanced hardware equipment and talent software equipment. In addition, we have complete mould and strong ability to design mould, which makes the production convenient and efficient.
After many years' management, our company owns complete annealing and phosphating equipment. Our output of wire can reach about 1000 tons every month. Now although we have large equipment for nuts, we still need support from our clients and develop new products.
After 15 years of technical research, with the large machines for nuts "SAKAMURA NF-580", we've already successfully produced the most advanced lock nuts for railroad, which has already been certified by Beijing Railroad Company. We also can make auto parts, nuts with grades up to 8-10, etc. The largest product can reach 70mm*65mm. The annual output can be over 20 tons.
